This older grand is in excellent original condition. The pinblock and strings are holding a stable tuning. The soundboard has no cracks and the bridges are good. 

Most importantly the tone of the instrument is beautiful.
The action is all original and has been recently cleaned and thoroughly regulated. Original ivory key tops are a bonus here.
It has lived most of its life in New Mexico and now needs a good home.
