Marshall & Wendell Piano Co. estab.1836 Albany NY. The company moved to Rochester NY in 1900 where this piano was built.

The case style and the walnut book-matched veneer make a beautiful
appearance. It came to our workshop from a long time in storage and was given a thorough cleaning and polishing plus 4 new casters for easier moving.

The action was cleaned, repaired and regulated. The keys were cleaned
and leveled. Bass strings were twisted, giving a cleaner and richer sound
Tuned to a stable A440 pitch. Now it needs to be played!

Deeper than most pianos, it has a fairly loud voice with a rich bass sound.
